WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on any items (physical or digital) ordered from The Kingdom Kollection. ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE with no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.


Please allow 7 to 14 business days from date of purchase for order processing. If you are purchasing a bracelet, please allow 15 business days from date of purchase for order processing. All orders are prayed over before being shipped to you. Orders are unable to be expedited at this time. For all items that are being purchased on sale, as a pre-order, or as a backorder, please check the specific item on the product page to determine order processing time.

Note: Weekends and holidays are not considered business days, and no orders will be processed on these days. Order processing time is separate from shipping time.


AFTER your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated time of arrival is as follows:

US Orders:

  • USPS Mail (Approximately 2 to 5 Business Days)

International Orders:

  • TBD – At this time we currently process and ship orders only to the US. However, we plan to offer processing and shipping to the UK and Canada soon.

  • Important: Once the UK and Canada has been added to our list of countries, The Kingdom Kollection cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs fees, taxes, or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once your package reaches the destination country. The Kingdom Kollection is not responsible for any fees associated with an international shipment. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Additional Shipping Info:

Sundays and holidays are not considered postal business days, and our carriers will not deliver packages on these days. Shipping timelines are based on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Absolutely no shipments will be delivered to a P.O. Box. We must have a physical address to deliver your package. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as we ship your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Since lost and stolen shipments are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the carrier once it leaves our facility, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to start an investigation on your package. We do not have any control on how long this process may take and we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.
