What are your hours of operation?

Member Care is available Monday – Friday from 10 AM – 5 PM EST. Our online store is available 24 hours a day.

Note: Our hours of operation are subject to change during holidays.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Any orders shipped to an address in the state of Georgia will be charged sales tax. Since our store operates in the state of Georgia, we are required to collect sales tax according to the tax rate based on your shipping address.

Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing your order as soon as you place it. For this reason, we do not accept any order changes or order cancellations.

Can I pick up my order?

No, at this time we are strictly an online store. All orders placed will be shipped directly to the address provided during checkout.

How do I track my order?

You may track your order in any of the following ways:

  • Visit Track My Order.
  • Login into My Account and and track through your order history.
  • Check the email that includes your “Tracking Number”.

Why did I receive an email from Member Care to verify my order?

There are 2 types of orders that are required to be verified prior to processing.

  1. Orders over $500.
  2. Orders shipping to a different address other than the billing address.

If you are contacted by Client Care to verify your order, please follow the instructions in the email for verification. Once your order has been verified, we will begin to process your order.

Note: Processing time does not start until your order has been verified.

What is your return policy?

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on any items (physical or digital) ordered from The Kingdom Kollection. ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE with no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 7-14 business days from date of purchase for order processing. All orders are prayed over before being shipped to you. Orders are unable to be expedited at this time.

For all items that are being purchased on sale, as a pre-order, or as a backorder, please check the specific item on the product page to determine order processing time.

Note: Weekends and holidays are not considered business days, and
no orders will be processed on these days. Order processing time is
separate from shipping time.

How long does it take to ship an order?

AFTER your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated time of arrival is as follows:

US Orders
  • USPS Mail (Approximately 1-3 Business Days)

International Orders:

  • TBD

Note: Sundays and holidays are not considered postal business days, and our carriers will not deliver packages on these days. Shipping timelines are based on the shipping method chosen during checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as we ship your order.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time we currently process and ship orders only to the US. However, we plan to offer processing and shipping to the UK and Canada soon.

Important: Once the UK and Canada has been added to our list of countries, The Kingdom Kollection cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs fees, taxes, or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once your package reaches the destination country. The Kingdom Kollection is not responsible for any fees associated with an international shipment. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?

Absolutely no shipments will be delivered to a P.O. Box. We must have a physical address to deliver your package.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We apologize, but The Kingdom Kollection does not accept any responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen by a carrier. All packages are tracked by the carrier and any lost or stolen package concerns should be addressed directly with the carrier.

Since lost and stolen shipments are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the carrier once it leaves our facility, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to start an investigation on your package. We do not have any control on how long this process may take and we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.
